Resilience Training: Air Force, Army, and Navy Special Warfare – TechWerks has been on the ground floor of the Department of Defense’s efforts to bring Total Force Fitness to military and civilian personnel, as well as their families, through resilience initiatives. For example, TechWerks has executed and provided the online platform for assessment of military member resilience – including Army Fit and the Global Assessment Tool. In partnership with internationally-known Subject Matter Experts in psychological resilience, TechWerks implemented the Army’s inaugural online resilience training modules for 1.1 million active duty soldiers, on topics of emotional, social, spiritual, and family resilience. The TechWerks team also has on-the-ground experience coordinating resilience training (e.g., IT, coordination of classroom space, scheduling of all parties) as well as live delivery of state-of-the-art resilience training delivered by master trainers with decades of experience. The TechWerks team has been directly involved with evaluation and improvement of the efficacy of the Army’s Master Resilience Training program, including new content development and implementation. The TechWerks team developed the Air Force-wide resilience training content, advised on the implementation of the program, and continues to train as part of a mobile training team. TechWerks also provides support to the Navy Special Warfare community by organizing resilience training as part of Family Resilience Retreats. We provide resilience, parenting, communication training as part of retreats focused on actionable training for the Navy Seal community, their spouses, and children. In short, TechWerks understands all components that comprise an effective multi-level resilience training program.
